I've never needed a walk-in clinic till now, so I have no standard of comparison; but I consider my experience here to have been really good. Reception are polite and welcoming, everyone is kind and medically thorough, I have no complaints.
There was about an hour's wait from joining the queue outside, through the necessary formfilling, to seeing a doctor. I'm sure that that could have been worse given our abnormal conditions during the pandemic.

I received fantastic therapy and advice which returned me to a normality that I thought was lost. Dr. T. Shaha is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

The Vet and staff of this Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My boy was sick and finally lost his battle. It was traumatic for me but the Vet and her staff called me to check up on my fur baby even through the holidays. They treated him and myself so tenderly and compassionately.

Always seems to be open when the others are all closed. Pharmacy next door is really convenient and reasonable prices. If the place is busy, another doctor often shows up. They’ll tell you how long you’ll be expected to wait, and it’s pretty accurate, often wait time is less than predicted. We’ve been here countless times, sick kids or after work. This is now our first choice.
