I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

After reading positive reviews online for the Shed Installer Guys and speaking with Matt over the phone we felt confident in moving forward.
Marcus and Pablo were absolutely amazing. They accomplished in one day that would have likely taken others a few days. They demolished the old shed, took away the materials, built a new wood foundation, and installed a 12.5x8 shed in its place. The install turned out great and we are very happy. I would highly recommend The Shed Installer Guys!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait. At least I did not have to drive all the way to the store just to place my order. Love my Rizvi's Home Hardware store and the staff. Thanks guys.

Finally, we have decided to make renovation in our house.We've done our research and have found Laqfoil ltd. We chose some interesting projects from their portfolio and called to their office to request a quote. In arranged time the installer came, took measurements and calculated the cost of our ceiling. It was so fast installation, no need to move the furniture out of the room, no mess and dust as you have with drywall installation and painting, large selection of colours.

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
