I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.
Brought in my chainsaw and snowblower. Mr Marshall is a gentleman from the past. A man who takes the time to do a job right, charge good price, teaches you how to maintain your machine and still has time for small talk. After dealing with other repairmen, I have nothing but nice things to say about him.
Best Customer Service!!! I was looking for a quality snowblower.... so after checking various online reviews, I decided on a 28” Ariens. I checked one of the ‘big box’ stores; but also came across Marshalls Small Motors... and am glad I did. The price was better.... free setup & delivery.... plus amazing customer service.
