Today my wife, who has significant pain issues with her hip and leg, had the misfortune of getting x-rays done here. The technician ignored her protestations and expressions of pain while positioning her. She has been in agonizing pain since. The technician has no empathy or understanding of what the patient is enduring. We will never go there again.
This clinc where i had my ultrasound, was terrible. The lady didnt give me a gown to put on. Didnt even get me to get change in a change room., had to take off my pants and panty with her in the room. Felt really uncomfortable. She was really rough. She wasnt even going to give me a blanket to cover myself., till i told her i wanted one and needed one because i didnt feel comfortable, Plus she didnt even give me something to clean the gel off. If i didnt had to do my ultrasound that day., i would of left and make an appointment somewhere else. But the only reason why i stand and gkt it done., is that i had to. Waited for 2 weeks to get it done. I recommend everyone not to go to this clinc.
This location is a terrible place to do your blood test. I am pregnant and went to do a blood test, there is not enough seating facilities in this location and I waited over 1 hr standing up and the receptionist finally called me up only to tell me she needs an additional documentation to do my blood test. She wrote all over my requisition form that I wasn't even able to take it to another clinic that didn't need this additional paper work. When I tried to get them to contact my Dr office to get the document they wouldn't do it. They told me they were busy and can't help me. Then they told me my Dr office should call them and then they didn't pick up when my Dr office did call them. They are getting paid for the service they are providing but they are very lazy. I spent 6 hours trying to do this blood test. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!
